$500 deposit and signed contract required to reserve your date
Additional $500 for serving alcohol (you must provide the alcohol and a bartender to serve)
Additional $500 for a guest count exceeding 215
$1,000/night for house add-on if available
$50 per hour for photo sessions (booked couples get free sessions)
5% discount for active military and military veterans
Event end time is strictly 10:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00 PM on Sundays and week days
A security officer may be required (at your expense) for weddings and events in which liquor is served and/or if guest count exceeds 200
Pricing subject to change at any time - your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour (sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book)
