Please Note
A $1000 nonrefundable retainer (applied towards total payment) and signed contract are required to reserve your date
Alcohol service requires an additional $500 fee (you provide the alcohol and licensed bartender)
House add-on available for $1,000 per night for the Essentials Package if date allows (Tuesday and Wednesday weddings only)
Photo sessions available at $50 per hour (complimentary for booked couples)
Guest counts over 215 require an additional $500 fee
5% discount offered to active military and veterans
Event end times: 10:00 PM on Saturdays, 9:00 PM on Sundays and weekdays
A security officer may be required (at your expense) for events with liquor service and/or guest counts over 200
Pricing is subject to change at any time; contract terms are based on the date the contract is signed, not date of the tour
