A spacious, newly renovated farmhouse available for overnight stays.

  • Main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths

  • Bonus nursery with crib, changing table, rocker, and twin bed

  • Spacious kitchen with breakfast nook

  • Dining room, laundry room, living area, and sitting room

  • Newly renovated master suite with attached bath, cedar walk-in closet, double vanity, stand-up shower, and deck access (used as the bridal suite)

  • Attached apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, dining, and living area

  • Large 1950s themed basement with movie theater, air hockey, poker and bumper pool table, kitchen, dining, and living space

  • Two bonus rooms in basement with 6 twin beds (used as the groom’s suite)

The RECEPTION HALL

4,800 sq ft modern reception space located in the backyard behind our farmhouse.

  • Maximum capacity of 275 guests (events over 215 may require a $500 fee and security officer)

  • Climate controlled year-round for comfort in any season

  • Separate getting-ready suites for the bridal party and groomsmen

  • Men’s and women’s restrooms available

  • Stationary bar included

  • Covered deck with space for 160 ceremony chairs

  • Large windows and glass patio doors for natural light and scenic views

  • Wheelchair accessible building and restrooms

  • Included with rental: 25 rectangular tables, 4 round tables, and 400 wood folding chairs (200 for ceremony and 200 for reception)

  • Additional items provided: wood rounds, brass candlesticks, glass bottles for centerpieces, vintage furniture, and unique décor pieces

  • Any extra tables and chairs must be rented separately
